February 25th – March 9th: Denver Restaurant Week in full effect! Sample Denver’s wide array of offerings for the palate. All three of our restaurants are offering menus for this occasion.

March 20th:  Our Third Brewery Dinner, the last of our Winter Edition! Chef Troy Guard presents: Great Divide Brewing and MTH Farm (Natural Lamb). Five Courses, all paired imaginatively in this communal event! The brewer and representative of the farm are here to break down their operations and true essence of their products to the audience. March 24th: Tag University’s “The Best Roast” Class. Chef Troy opens up Tag’s doors especially on Saturday from 11:30am – 1:30pm to hold an intimate class for a total of 30 guests, demystifying techniques and tricks of making the perfect roast. The other half of class is held at the bar, where our resident mixologists will teach you how to make cocktails to pair. Learn to impress your guests at home- and save your mother from having to make the roast at every holiday function! Register soon, as these classes fill up quickly!
