TAG will host a three-course prix-fixe Easter brunch from 10:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. Dishes include cold smoked trout with gala apple, everything bagel crumble, crème fraiche and guajillo vinaigrette; duck confit hash with poblano, red onion, TAG potatoes, Maui onion soubise and a 64-degree egg; a Lucky Charms waffle with fresh whipped cream, fresh berries and maple syrup; and a lilikoi-orange tart with meringue, coconut sorbet, Hawaiian lilikoi syrup.
