With an indiscriminate worldly influence, menu items are often inventive and sometimes considered  bizarre (for example TAG famously served a dish that featured pop rocks). Here you’ll find a representation of a medley of cultures from the ease of Guard’s native Hawaii to the zest of Latin America blended with the exoticism of Asian cuisine.
